WELCOME TO THE WOODS WITH YOUTH & FREEDOM

We are totally digging this BRAND NEW magazine based out of NEW YORK CITY, YOUTH & FREEDOM. It’s a rad little quarterly homme/femme editorial-based fashion magazine created by DAVID URBANKE alongside SHIRLEY YU to blow minds with interesting & visually striking work from a diverse blend of established and up-and-coming contributors from around the world.

The YOUTH & FREEDOM readers consist of people who work day-to-day in the fashion industry and enthusiastic fashion freaks…and average boys and girls with really good taste.

With LUKE WORRALL on the cover, you know it’s gonna be good!

So you can only imagine how STOKED we are at RED11 to be a part of YOUTH & FREEDOM’s VERY FIRST ISSUE (thanks SARA ORME & IMOGEN WILSON!)

The first issue has some beautiful editorial stories in it including CALL OF THE WILD & a beautiful long BOY story IT’S A GOOD START.

But the best story, of course, features KIWI talent (& typical KIWI scenery….yummy!) in someone who knows all about youth & freedom raising two sons and shooting a plethora of amazing KIWI kids with the likes of COURTNEY SANDERS, photographer SARA ORME. She rounded up her crew of talented young things in stylist IMOGEN WILSON & make up artist/hairdresser (who happens to be on RED11’s books) PHOEBE LEONARD and model ALEX LONG. Off they went INTO THE WOODS to shoot this wicked little editorial.
